Hone shows how a story was read: where readers stopped, what moved them, and what they did next. No cookies, no tracking IDs.

Adelaide 2036, a civic story about a tram loop
Every heading on the page is a chapter. Hone shows how many readers reached each one, so you can see the exact place a story loses people.
Signed up, booked, voted, shared, wrote to you. Mark a link as a goal and Hone joins reading to action: who finished, and what they did after.
A live map at city level, and a public page you can share with a council, a board or a funder. Anonymous: places and totals, never a person.
No cookies, no tracking IDs, no Google. Hone keeps one anonymous record per visit and nothing that lasts beyond it, so one visit can't be linked to the next. The IP address is used once, to find the city, and never stored. Data stays in Australia. Because there is nothing to consent to, there is no cookie banner. What we collect, in full.
Every rate comes with its range. Under a thousand visits, Hone shows how sure a number is, in public as well as in your dashboard. "15% reached the end (11–19)" is a claim you can defend to a board.

Hone is running on two sites in Adelaide. The next few are hand-picked: writers, advocacy groups and councils with a story worth measuring. Tell me what you'd make, and I'll let you know when the next round of spots opens.
A second product, Hone Studio, builds the story itself: researched, fact-checked and measured. It comes later.
Thanks. You're on the list. I'll let you know when the next round of spots opens.
